We are currently hiring for the following positions. All of our Guides work with all students, 1st-6th grade. We offer competitive pay and a high quality of work/life balance.

English Language Arts Guide with English as a Second Language experience (native English speaking required)
Spanish Language Arts Guide with Spanish as a Second Language experience (native Spanish speaking required)
Social Studies Guide

Culinary Arts/Gardening Guide and Chef
Outdoor Educator and Expedition Guide

Mentors
Our mentors commit to a once-a-month virtual “Think Tank” (on the 4th Monday of every month) where we discuss ideas, share struggles we are having as a school and brainstorm creative solutions. Our mentors help to shape the future of our school while consistently pointing us back to our mission and vision statements. They are educators, entrepreneurs, civil servants and activists whom we value for their experience, their passion and their life-long commitment to personal growth. Volunteers
Our volunteers come from various backgrounds and bring to the table a myriad of skills, connections and ideas. Our volunteers meet virtually on the 1st Monday of every month where they form committees and commit to projects and tasks that allow our school leadership more time to focus on day-to-day operations of the school. Guest Speakers/Trainers
A large part of what makes Quintral unique is our ability to see the opportunity for learning in everything we do. We believe in exposing our students to a wide range of skills, interests, knowledge and passions - and that can only be done through exposure to the wide variety of humans who have studied and who live out these various experiences. We are eager to invite people from all walks of life to share time with our students and staff - whether during an hour at lunch or for a longer week or month-long role.
